This launch marks a significant milestone in our mission to deliver smarter, safer and more efficient wearable heating solutions.
Graphene is renowned for its exceptional thermal conductivity and electrical efficiency. By integrating graphene heating films into our conductive thread platform, the new products achieve faster warm-up times, more uniform heat distribution and lower power consumption compared with conventional heating elements.
What Makes Graphene Different
Unlike traditional wire-based heaters, graphene films are ultra-thin and highly flexible, allowing them to be embedded seamlessly into garments without adding bulk. The material's stability also contributes to a longer heating life, supporting our standard of over one million hours of operation.
The initial graphene line includes heated jackets, vests and accessories targeted at outdoor sports, commuting and workwear applications. Each product retains DARWIN's signature safety architecture, with multi-layer protection against overcurrent, overheat and overvoltage scenarios.
